These general terms of use (“GTU”) are intended to set the legal framework for the provision of the site and services by Arfé Avocats and to define the conditions of access to and use of the services by the “User”.
These GTU are accessible on the site under the “GTU” section.

The trademark Arfé Avocats is a registered trademark. Any representation, reproduction or exploitation, in whole or in part, of this trademark, in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.
The User must request prior authorisation from the site for any reproduction, publication or copying of the various contents. The User undertakes to use the site’s contents strictly for private purposes; any commercial or advertising use is strictly prohibited.

Article 7 : Cookies

French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable settlement of a dispute between the parties, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear the matter.
